Women's Only Self Defense Workshops

learn to defend yourself using the most proven self defense system in the world known as Krav Maga. Learn from a 3rd degree blackbelt who also happens to be a woman. These 2 hour training workshops change with each workshop so you will get to learn multiple self defense techniques over the summer. The cost is only $13.
