About the boot camp -
The seminar is 8 - one hour classes that address introductory self defense measures for beginners.
We will teach skills from first approach to ground defense.
Included in the price is an additional 8 classes in the women’s only class immediately following the seminar. (Seminar is at 9am, women’s class is at 10am).
The goal of the shortened seminar is to create a program for those who can’t commit to a full membership. It’s a condensed training opportunity!
