Your retreat guides are Ann Blackburn, Shelly McManus, and Liana Dang. $175Immerse yourself in a day of learning, practices, and connection with a lovely community of women. The Fall season is full of change and transitions, which can be supported by integrating nourishing and grounding practices into your life. Living in harmony with the rhythms of nature can help us move toward balance and support our health and well-being. Learn and experience practices to release, nourish, ground, and connect with your inner wisdom. This retreat will include gentle movement with SomaYoga Therapy Practices, Pranayama (Breath practices), Guided Meditation & Relaxation, Self Care Practices, Reflection, and a Special Sound Bath!! A healthy light lunch, snacks, and refreshments are included. After the retreat, you will receive videos/audio and other resources to help you integrate this work into your life. You don't need any yoga experience.
