Nikki Hill is the founder of Nikki Hill Apothecary, based in Wilmslow and expert in hormonal wellness. She creates beautiful, intentional products rooted in ritual, plant wisdom and self-care, supporting women to slow down, reconnect and nurture their wellbeing. Nikki’s work blends modern life with ancient practices, helping women build simple, grounding rituals that support both nervous system health and everyday balance.

Giselle Goodwin

Dr Giselle Goodwin is a women’s wellbeing expert, specialising in helping women thrive in both life and work. She is an entrpreneur, researcher and author of Can Women Really Have It All? Like WILD & WILD she is passionate about empowering women with knowledge, confidence and tools to feel healthier, more energised and more aligned.

Claudia Brown – WILD & WILD Nantwich Ambassador
Renowned Pilates and yoga instructor working with elite football clubs and contributor to Om Yoga magazine. Claudia brings deep wisdom in women’s wellness and is passionate about creating uplifting, connected communities through movement and mindfulness.
Claudia is a highly respected Pilates Reformer and Yoga Teacher. She is the resident yoga instructor at Port Vale FC and has worked with elite football clubs including Sheffield Wednesday FC, West Bromwich Albion FC, and Doncaster Rovers FC.

As a featured columnist for Om Yoga, one of the UK’s leading yoga magazines, she shares her insights and expertise with a wider audience. Additionally, she serves as a yoga expert for the award-winning Balance Menopause app, supporting thousands of women worldwide through their wellness journeys. Claudia also contributed to Dr. Louise Newson’s bestselling book, The Definitive Guide to the Perimenopause and Menopause, solidifying her role as a thought leader in women’s health.
April Wild is the founder of WILD & WILD, an award-winning wellness and women’s empowerment movement. April has grown WILD & WILD from a single wellness space into a nationwide platform hosting transformative events, retreats, communities and collaborations across the UK. Her work sits at the intersection of wellbeing, confidence and business growth, with a clear mission: to help women grow, connect and thrive — personally and professionally. Known for creating inclusive, high-impact experiences, April is passionate about redefining success through community, balance and purpose-led leadership.
