Women's Movement Circle: Ride, Connect & Restore (The Calm Within)

Join us for weekly women's movement experience designed to help you move your body, clear your mind, and reccnnect-with yourself and others.

Hosted by Coach Grace, NP, Founder of The Calm Within Women's Health and Vitality, this is more than a workout-it's a space to be supported, encouraged, and poured into.

What to Expect:

• A welcoming, supportive enviroment for all fitness levels.
• Group movement (starting with a bike ride at a comfortable 10-12 mile pace)
• E-bikes and traditional bikes welcome
• A short stretch + grounding affirmation to begin
• About 1 hour of movement, followed by connection and community

This is for you if:

• Want accountability and consistency
• Are craving connection and community
• Need a space to take off the "boss hat" and have some fun

Some weeks may include walking, pickleball, or other forms of joyful movement-this is a flexible, evolving experience.
