Women's Mini-Workshop (Topic: Slow Care / Self Care)

There is a plethora of amazing women's work out there. However, we differ in that we tend to the whole experience of being a woman in this complex world. Our work is trauma-informed, emotionally attuned, somatically therapeutic, and welcoming of our attendees' intersectional lives. There are not many organizations out there doing what we do. One weekend has been likened to prove as powerful as years of therapy.

In this mini-workshop, we will explore the topic of slow care / self care ... how we relate to it, how we define it for ourselves and how we create it in a mindful and healthy way. There is a more compassionate and balanced way, and we have tools to help with the learning process.

This mini-workshop is unique because it is donation-based.

Donations begin at $1, and beyond that, you choose what you can comfortably donate. Whatever you choose to contribute goes directly towards scholarships for future workshop attendees.

We will also share about the women's weekend workshops we host, where you are provided a precious moment to pause and catch your breath. It's a space where you can step back from performing or pretending to be anyone but yourself. It's an opportunity to prioritize and rediscover your authentic self beyond what society has attempted to tell you you are. In moments of pause, you redefine your power in every room and the world.
