Enjoy a fresh smoothie on arrival as you settle into a day designed to educate, empower, and connect.
Dr Emma Sloan, GP and Menopause Specialist, will lead engaging talks and discussions on what’s new in hormone health, helping you better understand your body and the changes of midlife.
Marie Foreman will introduce the concept of collagen banking and explain the vital role collagen plays in skin health. She will explore how to take a proactive approach to skin ageing and demonstrate some of the latest, most innovative advances in skin treatments.
Dannielle Leckie will guide you through how to care for your skin during midlife, with practical, everyday routines. She will also deliver live demonstrations, including cleansing, toning and hydration techniques, as well as advanced treatments such as chemical peels and microneedling.
Our psychotherapist will lead a calming session on breathing through menopause, incorporating simple breathing techniques and meditation to help reduce stress and restore balance.
A light, nutritious lunch will be provided, followed by smaller group sessions with opportunities for questions and discussion.
In the afternoon, we’ll step outside for a gentle walk in nature, taking in the beautiful coastal views over Seaford Head, which is now famously one of King Charles’ favourite spots. You never know who you might see along the way.
This day is designed to bring together like-minded women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or beyond, creating a supportive space to learn, share experiences, and feel part of a community.
This is the first in a series of retreats, with all proceeds being donated to The Menopause Charity.
