This Women’s Day, we gather to honor not just empowerment — but honesty. Behind the smiles and achievements, many women carry stress, self-doubt, anxiety, burnout, or silent heartbreak. Mental health is deeply connected to our experience of being a woman, yet it is rarely given safe space.
This circle is an invitation to pause. There is no expectation to be strong, positive, or “over it.” You may speak, listen, or simply sit with what you’re feeling. No advice, no fixing — only empathy, respect, and presence.
Because womanhood does not have to be carried alone.
