Women's Leadership Salon
Thursday, March 26, 2026 from 3-5pm
The Frontier RTP, 800 Park Offices Dr, Durham, NC
We set our modest fee at $84 to fairly compensate the hosts and recognize the persistent average gender pay gap in the U.S. (Women earn a median of 84 cents to men's dollar). This pay gap is even greater for Black and Brown women.
Optional Add-On Events: Happy Hour at The Frontier (two complimentary glasses of wine or beer) and a Community Dinner at Boxyard RTP (self-pay).
Join this special gathering to share our challenges related to being a woman in leadership, generate solutions in peer advisory groups, and support each other's leadership. We're organizing this salon in celebration of Women’s History Month.
We’ll cap attendance and hold peer advisory discussions in small groups to enable greater engagement and keep our conversations more focused and intimate.
What You Can Expect:
- Check in, Networking, and Instructions
- Peer Advisory Small Group Discussions
- Large Group Debrief and Key Takeaways
- Closing Circle
