Come along on Saturday 6th July for our July women's social ride at Jacks Ridge MTB Park. Be ready to ride at 9am!These rides are run by Nambucca Valley Cycle Club members to provide an opportunity for more women and girls to practise riding off road in a fun and supportive environment. Beginners are welcome, as well as people returning to riding after a break.
Lucky rider draws are held at each of our rides, with goodies provided by Jayson Clarke - owner/manager of The Wheelsmith in Macksville.
Please read the *Important Info* below and also note the following: Your bike should be in good working order. This means tyres are inflated, chain is lubed, and both back and front brakes work. You must also wear an Australian Standard approved helmet and closed in shoes, and bring a water bottle and a snack. Ebikes welcome, as are younger riders with parental or other adult supervision.
We will ride for between 60 and 90 mins, with plenty of time for breaks during the ride and chat time at the end.

This is a club sanctioned social ride and participants must have Auscycling (AC) membership to at least Lifestyle level, or arrange a FREE trial. Either of these options will provide insurance cover for the ride. Riders who don't have insurance cover via AC will unfortunately not be able to participate with the group ride or be eligible for any lucky draw prizes.
Go to https://www.auscycling.org.au/membership to look at options. New riders can get a free trial, otherwise we recommend a one month Lifestyle membership (select the monthly payment plan).

The ride will be cancelled if it's raining, or if the trails are likely to be too wet for comfort and safety. Please be aware of any late changes to the event, these will be announced no later than 8am on the day of the ride.
