Join Shannon Barnes for a 1 hour Sound Healing at the newly renovated Shala Wellness.Shannon has recently bought over Jetty Wellness Studio (formally HTC Wellness Studio) with her business partner, Laura. Collectively they have rebranded to Shala Wellness and they are running an Open Day to welcome the local community into this beautiful space.
As part of an Open Day Special, Shannon will be running a beautiful Sound Healing at a discounted rate. Spaces are very limited.
During this session you can expect to surrender to the beautiful sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Equilibrium Chimes, Native American Flute, and more.
Throughout this 1 Hour journey, you will be experiencing sound, light breathwork, and meditation.
Sound therapy helps to bring homeostasis back to the body by reducing stress, calming the nervous system and allowing your mind to quieten. This powerful practise supports the body on a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level.
Sound Healing has been deeply rooted in many cultures around the world for hundreds of years and it’s been proven to benefit the mind, body and spirt. When we go into a deep meditative state, Sound Therapy can work to clear blocked energy which has manifested in the physical body and shift emotional energy from traumas.
To prepare yourself for deep healing, relaxation and to ensure you are comfortable throughout this practise to fully receive, you are welcome to bring a pillow, blanket and anything you wish to place under your knees for further support.
This practise doesn’t require any previous experience in meditation or breathwork and it is available to anyone.
