Question: What does On-Demand mean?

Answer: The On-Demand experience is pre-recorded events, services and activities of the 2021 Women's International Virtual Convention that can be watched on-demand (or at a later day/time of your choosing) during the three day convention.

Question: Where do I find the link to the On-Demand Videos?

Answer: Everyone wishing to watch the On-Demand video must purchase a registration at the low cost of $100. All registration holders (or the person who purchased the registration on your behalf) will receive an email from COGIC DEPARTMENT OF WOMEN with a link to access the portal to view the 3-day convention and further instructions. If you purchased a e-registration and did not see an email from COGIC DEPARTMENT OF WOMEN in your in-box, be sure to check your spam and junk mail folders.

Question: What do I need to watch the video on my devices?

Answer: You will be able to watch the video via a web browser on your laptop, tablet or mobile device. Simply click on the link provided in your email from COGIC DEPARTMENT OF WOMEN. You will be asked to login with your USERNAME and PASSWORD, and then you will have immediate access to the on-demand videos.

Question: If I watch it On-Demand, is there a way I can interact with the Live Event?

Answer: Unfortunately, no. The On-Demand experience is not a Live Event. It is a pre-recording of events that have been recorded for your viewing.

Question: Will I be able to purchase a Souvenir Journal or the Empowerment Workshop Manual?

Answer: The souvenir journal and the empowerment workshop manual is included with your e-registration and will be email to you from [email protected] in a pdf format to download to your device. Hardcopies of the souvenir journal and empowerment workshop manual is not available this year. Be sure to check your inbox before watching the event for your electronic copy of the souvenir journal and empowerment workshop manual.

Question: I'm from another country. Can I register for the On-Demand Convention, and what is the exchange rate?

Answer: Yes, you can. Of course, every country is different and has a different currency exchange rate. If you want to know what a US $100 On-Demand e-registration will cost you in your country's currency, click here. The conversion is done along the line so that we are always collecting the equivalent in US funds on our end.

Question: What if I am having technical issues connecting to the video?

Answer: While none of our attendees have had technical issues, the most common issues are related to a weak internet connection or using an older internet browser. Here is what you can do:

• Make sure your internet connection is strong enough. You need at least 10 Mbps download speed. You can test your speed here.
  
• It can also be an issue with your internet browser. Almost any browser will do, but we recommend the latest version of the Google Chrome or Firefox browsers.
  
• You can also refresh your browser. Sometimes it might help to empty your cache in your browser and make sure your browser isn't blocking our website link.
