Women's History Month-Soulful Sound Bath/Meditation (by LIFEAHOLIK)

Join us on a journey of peaceful exploration within. This is a celebration of the beauty, strength, courage and wisdom of women in collective community. All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. This is a sacred space for women to come together in sisterhood. Come with an open heart and mind prepared to relax.

There will be meditation conversations followed by a beautiful, SOULFUL SOUND BATH JOURNEY with Devon Cunningham. This will be a divine experience. Devon is a star.

Included:Yoga mats, light refreshments, fellowship, community and good, peaceful energy.

Optional:Bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, water if desired.

Parking:Free street parking

Typically, we practice seated or laying on the mats. Chairs will be provided as an option.

In consideration for our community please TURN CELL PHONES OFF upon entry into the garden.

THERE WILL BE NO WALK UP ADMISSION. ALL TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS

Info: Early arrival is highly recommended to setup and secure your spot. Doors open at 8:30am Doors closed at 8:45am (There's no more admittance once doors close.) In consideration of attendees, we wish to minimize distractions.
