We’re bringing together female HR leaders who’ve actually lived it. They’ve seen the behind-the-scenes reality of advocating for employees while navigating corporate politics. These Female HR Experts have experienced the invisible labor of being the “office mom.” Furthermore, they’ve felt the frustration of policy changes that look good on paper but fail in practice. Also, they have learned hard-won lessons from being underestimated in the boardroom.
This Women’s History Month, join us for breakfast and a conversation that cuts through the LinkedIn highlight reel. Our panelists aren’t here to recite best practices from a textbook. Instead, they’re here to talk about what it’s really like to be a woman in HR. That includes the moments they’ve had to lean into awkward conversations about pay equity.
