After class, stay for an engaging wellness talk led by Carolina Lopez, focused on “Change the Way You Speak to Yourself, Change Your Life.” Using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), this session will explore how to transform your inner dialogue, your relationships, and your peace of mind. This talk offers valuable insights for women of all ages.
