Women’s health affects wellbeing across every stage of life, from puberty through to menopause and beyond. This Women’s Health Fayre will bring together speakers to explore key topics including menstrual health, endometriosis, pelvic health, perimenopause and menopause, alongside wider social and legal perspectives on women’s healthcare.
The fayre will highlight symptoms and experiences that can impact daily life, including heavy or painful periods, pelvic floor dysfunction, fatigue, sleep disruption and hormonal changes. The event will also provide practical advice on nutrition, movement and exercise to support wellbeing during different life stages.
By bringing together professionals, specialists and lived experience perspectives, the fayre aims to encourage open conversation, improve awareness and empower attendees with knowledge and support around women’s health.Whether you are experiencing these issues personally, supporting someone else, or simply interested in learning more, all GCU Staff are welcome to attend.
