Are you yearning to feel more comfortable in your own skin, more confident in your body, able to treat yourself better?
This is an intersectional, trauma-informed and body inclusive group series for any adult women who are looking to access a greater sense of embodiment and self connection.
Crafted with intention and expertise from a Mind-Body Trauma Therapist, this group is a safe space where women will be held and encouraged to express themselves, to reclaim connection to self, and embody their truth with less inhibition, restrivtion, or distress.
This group will guide you toward building more inner safety, acceptance, connection and joy, while holding space for experiences of hurt and emotional release. If you hold experiences of survivorship, illness, tension, disconnection, disordered eating, or marginalization - this is a space dedicated to you.
Practices will include integrative mind-body approaches and therapeutic inrospective work to help explore your inner experiences and relationship to Self. These activities will be woven into practices of mindfulness, movement, reflective writing, and collective processing.
You are welcome just as you are. Inrovert, queer, BIPOC, and neurodivergence friendly space.
This is an in person small closed group series in Lakewood, CO to allow for intimacy,comfort, and relationship building.
