About this Event
Grief has a language all its own and self-love is one way we begin to listen.
In honor of Valentine’s Day, join us at Cole’s Plants, a space rooted in growth and renewal, for a sacred women’s healing circle centered on self-love, reflection, and emotional care.
Led by Cortland Mullins, Founder of The Grief Club, alongside guest facilitator Baryn Martin, mental health professional and founder, this interactive gathering offers a gentle space for women navigating grief in all its forms whether the loss of a loved one, a version of self, or a dream once held close.
Through guided conversation, connection, and light art therapy, we will practice turning compassion inward, honoring both love and loss as part of the healing process. This circle invites softness, presence, and community. This is a reminder that self-love is not indulgent but necessary.
All women are welcome. Come as you are. 🌱💗
