About this Event
Journey Back to Self: Women's Healing Circle
Join us for an intimate evening of connection, release, and reconnection—within yourself and in community with other women.
We’ll open the circle with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, including a guided meditation and gentle sound bath to help you soften, ground, and arrive fully in the space. Cacao is a warm, rich drink made from pure, minimally processed cacao (the raw form of chocolate), traditionally prepared with water or plant-based milk. It’s known for its gentle, heart-opening properties.
In ceremony, cacao is sipped intentionally within a guided space—paired with meditation and sound—to invite presence, emotional openness, and a deeper connection to self and community.
From there, you’ll be guided through breathwork and vocal toning to release what’s been held in the body and reconnect to your inner voice. Vocal toning is the practice of using sound—like humming or sustained tones—to gently release tension and move energy through the body. It can be grounding and powerful way to help regulate the nervous system.
From there, we transition into intuitive dance/movement—an invitation to move freely, reconnect with your body, and integrate the experience. You can stand, sway, stretch, dance - whatever your body wants.
No experience needed. Come alone or together, all are welcome.
You are encouraged to bring cozy comforts including a blanket, pillow, etc.
