WHO THIS IS FOR: Capable women doing hard things—work, caregiving, showing up for everyone—who are stressed, anxious, or emotionally overwhelmed, and sense their body is holding trauma or tension that won't release through talk therapy alone.
No previous experience with energy healing needed. Come as you are.
