Led by a professional counsellor, this 4-week series offers practical tools, psychoeducation, and guided reflection to help you:
* Develop self-compassion and reduce self-criticism
* Understand and work through guilt and shame
* Strengthen self-esteem and self-respect
* Learn assertiveness and boundary-setting skills
* Challenge negative thought patterns
* Move from body objectification toward body respect
* Harness the power of gratitude for mental and emotional well-being
Group Details:
• 4 weekly sessions (2 hours each)
• Small group (maximum 5 women)
• Counsellor-led, trauma-informed, and supportive
• Suitable for women seeking personal growth, healing, and greater self-confidence
