🌿 WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE THE CIRCLE
We start by slowing down — really slowing down. Most of us spend our whole lives in our heads. The first thing we do is come back into our bodies.
I'll teach you something real about your nervous system — why you feel what you feel, and why your body isn't broken, it's protecting you.
Then we do the actual body work together. Gentle. Self-led. Always at your own pace.
This month's focus: Interoception — your body's ability to sense itself from the inside. Most of us have lost touch with that. We're going to find it again.
We close with guided self-Reiki healing — your own hands, your own energy.
And then the part women always say is their favorite: we just talk. Tea in hand. Real conversation with women who get it.
