This is an opportunity to be active, spend time in nature and connect with others in a beautiful setting. We will start our hike with a calming 10 minute breathwork. Meet in the parking lot at 10 am. Wear comfortable clothing for a hike and proper footwear for possible muddy trails. Also bring a phone/headset to listen to the guided breathwork together.
