About this Event
At KALO, fostering a strong sense of community stands at the core of our ethos. We have found that, aside from fitness, contrast therapy uniquely facilitates the breaking down of barriers, paving the way for authentic connection and a deep sense of peace and regulation. Whether you're new to contrast therapy or already a passionate practitioner, this series is dedicated to the celebration of self care rituals, the power of the lunar cycles, the restorative effects of contrast therapy on our well-being, and, most importantly, the power of forming meaningful connections. These special nights are led by KALO Co-Founders, Jourdan Baldwin & Niccole Hendrickson.
What’s included?
While each one of these classes will be themed a little different, there are a few things you can always expect:
1) Authentic connection/activity based on the theme of the moon
2) Breathwork to ground into the body
3) Guided Cold Plunge + Sauna
4) Moon themed light snacks
5) A special surprise based on the theme of each moon cycle

(dates are centered within 2 days from actual full moon to accomodate schedules):
Sun, 8/18 from 1:30 - 3:30pm (Sturgeon Moon in Aquarius)
Wed, 9/25 from 5:30 - 7:30pm (Fall Equinox)
Thurs, 10/17 from 5:30-7:30pmn (Hunters Moon in Aries)
Thurs, 11/14 from 5:30-7:30pm (Beaver Moon in Taurus)
*it is highly encouraged to commit to all of them if possible!
