About this Event
Aquila Women’s Fly Casting Socials are a recurring, drop-in experience designed for women of all levels who want to build confidence, refine skills, and connect in a relaxed, social setting.
Each two-hour session begins with a short Wade Well Method movement primer to improve body awareness and coordination before stepping into casting. From there, you’ll move through guided fly casting instruction, supported practice, and casting games that reinforce technique while keeping things engaging and fun.
These events are intentionally designed to be equal parts social and skill-building. Whether you’re brand new to fly casting or looking to refine your mechanics, you’ll have space to learn, ask questions, and meet other women in the community.
Hosted outdoors at the beautiful Gallatin River Lodge, each ticket includes one glass of wine (non-alcoholic option available), with additional beverages available for purchase on site.
Come solo or with friends. No experience needed. Spots limited, pre-registration required.
