Are you ready to make 2025 YOUR year? Are you ready to claim your power? Then join me for this women’s only, 2-hour event. We will use breathwork, somatic movements, meditation, & sounds to move inward, find balance, reconnect with ourselves, & reignite our inner power. Unlock your own powerful energy and be the badass you were meant to be.You can expect to hit every emotion as we release stuck energy, set boundaries, claim our power & say goodbye to the junk we’ve been holding on to. Then we will follow with a soundbath, allowing you to fall into a deep meditation, encouraging releasing and healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Make 2025 YOUR year.
Please bring a mat & water. Also feel free to bring your bolsters, blankets, and/or pillows to be completely comfortable during the Soundbath.
