February is all about LOOOVE!! Love is associated with the Heart Chakra, one of the many spinning energy centers in our body responsible for our energy field. Join us on Sunday, February 23rd for a heart-opening crystal & jewelry workshop!! Enjoy crystals, aromatherapy, sweet treats, sound healing, and guided meditation all focused on the vibration of unconditional love.We'll start off our time together with an introduction to the chakra system, with special focus on our heart center. We'll go over ways to support & nurture your heart chakra on your own to carry this healing knowledge into your every day practice. After learning which crystals will best support our heart centers, we will use that knowledge to create crystal pendants that you can use as healing tools!! At the end of our time together, we'll use our new pendants in a guided meditation session to cultivate love for ourselves & others.
