Hermione Way

Hermione Way is an entrepreneur and communications leader with over 20 years of experience across journalism, Silicon Valley startups and high‑profile brand roles. She has advised founders worldwide, helping them craft bold narratives and scale their brands through her consultancy, Way Communications. Her career includes serving as Head of European Communications at Tinder, where she led major campaigns and impactful partnerships.

Alongside her work in tech, Hermione is the creator of the NeedHelp website https://needhelp.website, a meditation and wellbeing platform born from her four‑year recovery from chronic pain. Through visualisation, therapy and mind‑body practices, she rebuilt her life and now uses the Help App—hosted at needhelp.website—to support women facing similar struggles with anxiety, pain and emotional overwhelm.

Today, Hermione splits her time between advising startups, building communities and expanding the Help App, driven by her mission to empower both founders and women seeking healing and resilience.

Maria Reid

Maria is a Business Strategy and Money Mindset Coach and the founder of Women in Business Coaching. She helps experienced women turn their expertise into assets they can position, package, and get paid premium for.

She brings over 20 years of experience supporting business leaders and their teams to deliver strategic and operational outcomes, including establishing international operations, leading cross-functional initiatives, and coaching at a senior level.
