The 7th Semi-Annual Women’s Empowerment Kayaking Retreat blends personal growth, outdoor adventure, and authentic connection into one deeply nourishing experience. Whether you’re a busy professional, a mom juggling it all, or simply someone craving space to breathe, this day is designed with you in mind.
What to Expect
Morning Workshop at Elevate Co-Working
Led by Life & Relationship Coach Jen Carter, you’ll explore how to break free from limiting patterns and reconnect with your authentic self. Expect reflection, real talk, and laughter about the very human quirks we all share.
Midday Break
Enjoy lunch on your own or with new friends (meal not included), and take time for conversation or quiet reflection.
Afternoon Kayak at Greenfield Lake
Glide beneath cypress trees in a ninety-acre ecosystem, guided by Kay Lynn Hernandez of Wilmington Outdoor Adventures. No experience is needed, and all gear is provided,Kay Lynn is a pro and will have you covered.
Closing Session at Airlie Gardens
Gentle coaching, relaxation practices, and growth activities to spark confidence, restore ease, and deepen connection with yourself and new friends.
