Women's Day Retreat / YOGA.SURF.CONNECT.
A one-day retreat designed exclusively for women to relax, recharge, and reconnect.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi/surfer or a beginner, this retreat is open to all levels of experience. It is a transformative day that nurtures the mind, body and soul with a focus on connecting and uplifting women through nature, surf, yoga and aromatherapy.

What to expect on the day
- Warm & welcoming space overlooking the ocean to relax & unwind

- Warm up & relax in a Oranga Sauna after the surf
- Nourished plant based food made by your hosts
- Create lovely rituals with subtle aromatherapy

Important things to know
- Yoga mats and surf gear provided
- The retreat starts at 8.30am with a welcome and 9am yoga session. The day will have a relaxing flow & finish with a closing at 4.30pm.
- Spaces are limited to 10 to keep this day retreat intimate. It is our honour to create a space where you will feel safe, nourished & connected.
- Surf lesson is tailored to your skill level with qualified surf coaches.

*$10 from each ticket will go to a charity of our choice. We will be donating to a charity with focus on supporting women.

โ Tickets are non-refundable but transferable to a friend. If you can no longer attend your ticket can be used as credit towards future retreat.
