About this Event
The resistance to moving and exercising our core abdominal area likely occurs when we are taught to do it in a forceful way – failing to pay attention to the sensual, emotional, and mental qualities of this vital area of our bodies.
We also often skip the essential pre-requisites to the effective Core work – mindful connecting, opening, aligning, and detoxing of the tissues before we can truly access and activate the internal and external strength that is possible at any age or shape.
The Core is a powerful psychosomatic center that influences how we feel and act in our daily lives. Healthy Core leads to us feel centered and confident in ourselves, in our creations, and in our personal relationships.
Please join us for the weekly practice that also includes at home exercises designed to fit your current fitness ability and your schedule.
