Women's Circle ~ Greendom

The circles of women around us weave invisible nets of love that carry us when we're weak, and sing with us when we are strong. If you have one, embrace it. If you need one, seek it. If you find one, for the love of all that is good and holy, dive in.
A monthly Women's Circle is opening in West London.
This is an invitation to get together, open up and release our feminine energy in a safe, grounding and respectful space. No experience in sharing circles is needed.
The gathering includes:

• Introductions
• Guided meditation
• Journaling
• Sharing circle

These activities vary every month as I bring a different topic every time.
A little bit about me:
I am Berenice Mumbru.
I am a Psychotherapist from Argentina, specialised in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I am passionate about community building and advocating for mental health and climate justice.
I've been facilitating monthly Women's Circles for a year and a half in East London, and I am delighted we are expanding our community to West London now.

I've been attending the women's circles organized by Bernie since September 2023, and I couldn't be more grateful for this healing space. From the moment I joined, I felt a sense of belonging and acceptance. Each circle provides a unique space to share and listen, in an environment where I feel safe, supported and seen.

The sense of community is strong, and it's a comfort to know I'm not alone in my journey.

What draws me back each time is the non-judgmental atmosphere and the genuine acceptance I feel from everyone, especially Bernie. She is one of the kindest, most compassionate individuals I've ever met, and her dedication to creating a safe space for women is truly inspiring.

I wholeheartedly recommend the women's circle to anyone seeking connection, healing, and a supportive community.
