Our Women’s Circle – Remembering the Sacred Feminine at Inana Retreat offers a safe and nurturing space for women to gently explore their inner world, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover their authentic voice.
Many women today are carrying layers of emotional pain, unresolved trauma, suppressed feelings, and years of conditioning that have quietly shaped how they see themselves and move through life. Often these experiences remain unspoken, held within the nervous system and body long after the events themselves have passed.
This circle is trauma-focused and trauma-informed, recognising that real healing begins when women are supported to reconnect with their bodies in a safe, compassionate environment. Through breathwork, embodied awareness, reflective inquiry, and authentic sharing, participants are invited to gently release emotional tension and rediscover the wisdom and resilience that already lives within them.
The foundation of Remembering the Sacred Feminine recognises that women are not broken — what many carry are protective patterns and experiences that deserve understanding, care, and space to heal. What many experience as anxiety, overwhelm, or disconnection are often protective responses and emotional patterns formed through life’s experiences. When these patterns are met with awareness, compassion, and understanding, space opens for genuine transformation.
Within this process, women are also invited to reawaken their innate feminine power — the quiet strength that grounds them, the natural grace that allows them to move through life with openness, and the deep intuitive knowing that lives within the feminine heart. Here, power is not force or control, but the integration of vulnerability and courage existing together in harmony.
This sacred space is facilitated by professional mental health and trauma specialists, ensuring participants feel supported, respected, and safely held throughout the experience. Ongoing post-workshop support is also available to assist with integration and continued healing.
This is not simply a gathering, it is a space of remembrance, where women can soften, speak truthfully, and reconnect with the deep intelligence and presence of the sacred feminine within.

Within the sacred space of the Inana Women’s Circle, you will be invited into the Inana Sacred Oil Ritual — a ceremonial anointing that honours the body as temple and the heart as gateway.
With reverence and intention, sacred oils are offered as a blessing — an activation of remembrance, a softening into presence, and a returning to the quiet wisdom that lives within.
This ritual is not simply an offering, but a moment of receiving — where the mind quiets, the body opens, and the spirit is gently welcomed home to itself.
Held in the embrace of sisterhood, the Sacred Oil Ritual becomes a doorway into stillness, connection, and the sacred unfolding of your own inner light.
