This 3 hour women's circle is intended to integrate human connection and energy fields, by breaking down the aspects of the ego we share with the world, in order to come back to the authentic self. Expect breathwork, biofield energy healing, meditations, and challenging your inner belief systems.

Re-INVENT women's circles aren't just about connection, community, and sharing; they are about going into the deeper levels of the psyche, and peeling back the layers of the shadow that holds us captive in the mask of who we wish to release. They are about searching for freedom, in a safely held, supportive space where we can fall apart, and fall together with the aid of our sisters.

Theme | Who Am I?
The year of the Fire Horse comes with a fierce energy of transformational change; if you know how to harness it. After spending a year shedding outdated beliefs, jobs that didn't serve you, relationships that needed ending, careers that felt stagnant, or even physical ailments that made you realise the precious nature of your life - THIS YEAR, is about being curious, discovering what you want underneath of society's expectations or social media comparison's and defining your own success. Many of us have been conditioned to believe who we are or 'should be' in the world, instead of wanting something different, this session, is about redefining your ego, acknowledging your fears, and stepping forward to be seen as the leader of your life.
It's about choosing you.
It's about honouring the divine feminine life force within.
It's about getting out of your head, reconnecting with your body, and dropping into your heart.
Please note, this is limited to 8x women maximum due to the space and intention of the session.
What To Expect:
- 3 hours of vulnerable, open connection reconnecting to our true essence and nature
- Cacao ceremony to honour and awaken the divine feminine within
- Light snacks to enjoy during the morning and keep you feeling grounded
- Conscious connection and shared experiences to recalibrate safety within your body
- Allowing yourself to be fully seen and witnessed in your authentic authority
- Manifesting rituals to integrate your new version of self
- Breathwork to drop you into your body, followed by a dreamy journey meditation to connect with your higher self
- Energy healing to surrender into your true essence and feel a relaxed state of inner calm
- Soul inspired journaling prompts to go deep into your shadow self and come away with real answers
- Sharing circle and closing ceremony to amplify the collective energy
- This is a closed space, and everything shared is to remain respectively private to contain the intimate group dynamics.
How To Prepare & What To Bring:
- Start getting curious about what ended/released for you last year, and the lessons you learned as result.
- Bring your favourite crystal or talisman for the alter, to absorb the energy of the day and bring it home with you.
- Wear something light coloured, feminine or flowing to embrace the energy and intention of a new beginning.
- Bring a journal, water bottle, pen and anything else that makes you feel aligned with the feminine aspects (e.g. essential oils)
- Arrive with an open mind, allow yourself to be vulnerable and connect with like minded women
- Please bring any cushions or light blankets for extra comfort if you desire. Seats available.
Optional Extra:
For those who are wanting to continue the journey, I will be booking a table at a local cafe (Lennox on Hampton street), where we can n continue our conversations at a deeper level, and have some amazing nourishing food! This is an optional extra, which is not included in the ticket price, but rather, an opportunity to make new friends - something we all need as we venture through life!
