We will go on a journey that will invite you to connect with yourself and bring awareness to what you want to let go of in this new season. Through release, we will recenter ourselves and create space for what matters most.
Experience includes:
guided meditation, conscious movement, journaling, authentic relating, a sharing circle, and time for tea and connection.
Please wear comfortable clothes for movement and bring a journal and a pen or pencil.
