Come join us at Sakala for a special evening where we will gather in a circle to learn about the ancient practice of Yoni steaming. Connect with other women as we create our own personalized blends using a variety of herbs. This is a unique opportunity to tap into the wisdom of our bodies and share in a sacred space. Let's embrace our femininity and empower ourselves through this beautiful ritual.
In ancient times, women were honored for their wisdom. Yes, this has been lost, but a collective awakening is happening on our planet and within our being. There’s a deep desire to know truth for oneself. Thousands of years ago, woman used to gather in circle and community, holding space for one another and sharing their wisdom with each other.
Reconnect to your power, womb and heart, as we descend back into our feminine core. You'll learn about what a Yoni Steam is, as well as make your own. We’ll gather in circle for a womb blessing ceremony, embodiment movement, sisterhood connection, and rose tea ceremony.
What to bring:
•Yoga mats, and bolsters are all provided. You are welcome to bring your own if you'd like
•Journal and pen
•Sacred items you’d like to receive energy at the altar
•Wear clothes you can move freely and feel beautiful in
