Held in the heart of Yeppoon, at the beautiful Wellness Haven on the Yeppoon foreshore, we will circle the wondrous 'Love All Of You.' How many times have you heard someone say, “just love yourself” and you’ve wondered HOW you can actually DO that? What does it actually mean to love yourself? What would it look like? How would you actually DO that?
Love All Of You is a gentle, intentional, 7-step ‘Inner-Loving Process’ designed to journey your unique story of self Love.
To do this you will unearth past hurts, trauma, unresolved guilt and fears. This pain is the deep-seated stresses being stored in your subconscious that hasn’t yet been processed. Anything that has been pushed down will have an opportunity to resurface, resolve and heal.
The point of this inquiry is not to re-traumatise you, but rather for you to see what lays beneath who you are today and why you do, feel and think what you do, the way you do it.
You will be invited to lean in with a tender heart to witness your thought processes and surrender control ~ ‘you are the thinker, not the thought.’ You will gain valuable insights to release what it is getting in the way of being the fullest version of you, to unlimitedly, Love All Of You.
The most beautiful thing about this inner-loving process is that it is designed so that YOU increasingly become what you have been wanting and deeply needing to connect to.
You become the one who can actually give yourself what you have most been longing for, to remain connected to yourself and others.
The paradox is, the more our inner Love develops, the more we can be compassionate and deeply intimate with those we care most about. We can be the person that we have been longing to be, the more whole we become, the more we can be who we really are. And, the more we can share our Love and gifts with the world!
