About this Event
The key to creating the life that you want is knowing what you want.
The snow moon symbolises endurance and hope during challenging times, much like the resilience needed to weather the coldest months of the year.
This is an opportunity to set or review intentions for the coming year, to consider what you want, and how to go about getting that.
Together, we'll make steps towards achieving growth and transformation.
Who is this for? This event is for all people who identify as female or are AFAB NB. All nationalities, bodies, and sexual orientations are welcome. LGBTQ+ friendly.
What will we do? We will come together in a circle, connect to our bodies, reflect, share, and consider how to use our agency to put our dreams for 2026 and beyond into practice.
Outline:
- Grounding and breath
- Body: Movement, sound, smell (e.g. dance, aroma yin yoga, voice activation)
- Journalling
- Sharing & listening
- Closing
Where: Spielraum, Marchlewskistraße 33, 10243 Friedrichshain (near Frankfurter Tor/ Weberwiese - U5, M10).
When: Monday 5. January 2026, 19:30-21:30. The doors open at 19:15pm.
Cost: 11-20 Euros
What to bring: Bring a journal and pen and wear comfortable clothes.
We will provide yoga cushions, tea, and snacks available.
