Women's Circle: Emotional Freedom Technique, also called EFT Tapping. EFT tapping focuses on tapping on meridian points of the body to relieve symptoms of a negative experience or emotion. Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an complementary treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. -COVID-19, RSV, Flu Precautions: If you have fever, cough, aches, please consider staying home to rest. There will always be more opportunities. You may choose to wear a mask, we have several here for you to share.
-Children: We ask that you do not bring children to circle. At times, the nature of our discussions are very personal, graphic and are adult in nature. Occasionally, women experience deep emotional, psychological and physiological release. It is our quest to provide a safe space for spiritual healing and transformation.

We are a gathering of women who wish to encourage, uplift and inspire ourselves and others in our/their "soul work". We see ourselves as each other's sacred cheering squad for illumination, personal growth and well being!
