Women's Circle - Connection - Energy Activations - Sacred Ceremony

On Sunday March 29th,

We will open an intimate container at Awaken Within Studio for 10 women. Jenn, a Spinal Energetics facilitator and somatic channeler, will guide us through a sacred cacao ceremony... softening the heart and opening the energetic field.

Jessica, our trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, will gently guide you through a powerful breath journey-- creating safety for the body to release what it's been holding.

Then we move into Spinal Energetics.. led by Jenn, where the spine awakens and your innate intelligence begins to reorganize.

You will receive channeled Energy.. Divine Frequency moving exactly where it's needed.

And we close in Ecstatic Dance-- fully embodied, fully expressed.

This is a sisterhood and an Energy Activation.
