A journey through change. Join us for a grounding women’s circle with cacao, yin yoga, and sound healing, a gentle space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself during times of transition.
Through guided journaling, sharing, and an embodied yin yoga practice, we’ll explore what you are ready to welcome into your life, what patterns you may be ready to release, and the quiet wisdom the body holds before the mind fully understands.
What to Expect:
🤎 Cacao circle (@hara.nicole):
Cacao is a sacred plant known for its gentle, feminine energy: deeply nurturing, grounding, and heart-opening. In a cacao circle, we work with it mindfully and intentionally, allowing each sip to support us in coming back into presence and into the body. It invites us to slow down, soften, and connect more deeply with ourselves from the heart.
🩸Change starts within the body & Journaling (@fabbiane.leite):
Sometimes change doesn't begin with a big decision. It begins quietly with a feeling, a subtle discomfort, a sense that something no longer fits.
In this part of the experience, we'll explore the theme 'change' through guided journaling and reflection. We'll look at the shifts we may be resisting, what we are ready to release, and listen to what our bodies may already be communicating.
From this space of awareness, we gently open to the possibility of movement toward a new version of ourselves, without pressure, without performance, and without needing to explain everything to the world.
🧘♀️ Yin Yoga & Live Sound Bath (@fabbiane.leite & @hara.nicole):
During the yin yoga session, we'll focus on heart-opening postures that create space in the chest, shoulders, and hips, areas where we often hold stress and emotional tension. Through mindful stillness and deep, supported stretches, yin yoga invites us to slow down, reconnect with the body, and let go of old patterns while opening to new beginnings.
Accompanied by a live sound bath, this experience supports deep relaxation, inner connection, and moving through change with more clarity, trust, and ease.
This gathering welcomes all women who are moving through change and seeking space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive and grounding environment.

- Your favourite mug to drink cacao
How to prepare for the cacao:
(This is so the cacao can be quickly absorbed, enabling you to go deeper into your journey.)
- Recommendation: Please avoid caffeinated drinks, such as coffee, caffeinated teas, energy drinks, and alcoholic drinks, on the day of the event.
- Drink plenty of water before and after the ceremony to stay hydrated.
- Do not eat heavy food at least 2 hours before the event.
