This special Women’s Circle offers a calm, welcoming space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect — with yourself and with other like-minded women. Together, we’ll create a nurturing environment where you are invited to slow down, soften, and simply be.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you release the noise of the day and settle into the space, followed by our circle — a time for open, heartfelt conversation and shared presence. There is never any pressure to speak; you are welcome to listen, reflect quietly, or share as much or as little as feels right for you.

Following the circle, we will be joined by Vendulka, who will guide us through a deeply relaxing sound bath. Using soothing frequencies and gentle sound vibrations, this immersive experience supports the nervous system to unwind, helping you move into a state of calm, balance, and inner stillness.

Vendulka is a multitalented holistic practitioner dedicated to restoring balance and wellbeing on every level. As a certified Theta Healing practitioner, she works intuitively to support emotional and energetic alignment. Alongside her healing work, she offers regular sound healing sessions designed to help people gently return to themselves through calming frequencies and vibration. Vendulka is also a textile artist, weaving creativity, beauty, and intention into everything she creates.
