Let’s begin the new year in sisterhood! Our monthly circles are now at a new location and time, at the uptown studio.
Gather with us in circle as we create a space to connect with fellow women in our community. This is a chance to come together and share what's on our hearts and minds, in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. There is zero pressure to share and we honour confidentiality.
There is no pre-registration required. We welcome you to just show up and be your authentic self! Ages 18 +
Location: Engine House Yoga & Fitness at 2131 Parkdale Avenue, Brockville
Free to attend. Donations are welcomed, with all proceeds going to Interval House, the women’s shelter in Brockville.
