About your facilitator
Narelle is passionate about holistic approaches to health and wellbeing. She is a business owner, Pilates Instructor, mum of 2 with a background in Community Services. Working mainly with women in her Pilates studio, Narelle loves the support and sense of community that women offer to each other. Women are a wealth of knowledge, love and compassion. Creating opportunities for women to come together to connect, nurture and grow outside of the Pilates studio is something Narelle feels called to do 🥰
