Each circle is designed to help you slow down and unwind. We’ll begin with a guided meditation, allowing you to release the noise of the day, followed by open, heartfelt conversation. There’s never any pressure to speak you’re welcome to simply listen, reflect quietly, or share as much or as little as feels right for you.
