Womens Cacao Ceremony

Join us for a Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Sound Immersion. Our time will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, where we will focus on releasing what no longer serves us, allowing for deeper connections with ourselves and each other.

We will be drinking ceremonial-grade cacao made from the pure Criollo bean, chosen for its rich concentration of beneficial compounds. This special variety offers numerous health benefits and enhances grounding, heart-opening, and spiritual connection. Our intention is to uplift mood, increase vitality, and deepen both personal and communal experiences.

Following our cacao ceremony, we will flow into a calming meditation to set the tone for the evening. From there, we’ll transition into a soothing sound bowl experience, followed by ecstatic dance, where we can embrace our freedom of expression through movement. We’ll then gather for a sharing circle to connect and support one another. For those interested, Rapéh will be offered to help with grounding and clarity. Light snacks and beverages will also be provided during the closing circle.

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing, preferably white or light in color
A journal and pen for reflections
Altar offerings, such as roses/flowers
A blanket or shawl for comfort
A yoga mat for sound bowl immersion (if you'd like to lay down)
An open heart and willingness to heal in community
