Join us in Milan for a lovely guided yoga session where we will celebrate the arrival of the longest day with a series of sun salutations!About this Event
We will follow a practice based on sun salutations, led by amazing yoga teacher Marta Otaduy (pictured above). After the practice, enjoy an aperitivo in our school garden and the chance to celebrate making new connections and connecting with self and nature.
No yoga experience needed- all are welcome and will be able to access the practice at a level that is right for them.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfy clothes. Mosquito repellent also suggested!
