This event is all about realignment, physically, mentally, and emotionally. As we enter the last quarter of the year we want to ensure you maximize your time, and are intentional with your actions.

We will be starting off the event with a meet and mingle, to help you form genuine connections.

Don't forget your yoga mats as we ground ourselves, fresh faces are encourged. Folled by a sound bath, breath work and journaling prompts.

Take advantage of the self care stations we will have from on the spot massages, facials, manicures, hair servces & more.

We will close out our event with a panel discussion from inspiring women who have overcame and conquered. Open Q&A
