Women Who Rise – Women’s Leadership & Empowerment Circle

Women Who Rise is a membership-based community created to uplift, empower, and support women on their journey toward personal, spiritual, and emotional growth.

This community is designed to create a safe and inspiring space where women can connect, share experiences, and grow together while becoming the best version of themselves in whatever role they hold, as leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, mothers, and members of the community.

Through meaningful conversations, shared wisdom, and holistic wellness practices, Women Who Rise encourages women to cultivate strength, balance, confidence, and purpose.

When women support one another, powerful transformation happens.

Together, we rise stronger.

Women Who Rise is more than an event, it is an ongoing community where women meet regularly to grow, connect, and support each other’s personal and professional journeys.

The group focuses on themes such as:

• empowerment
• mental and emotional well-being
• mind–body–spirit balance
• leadership and entrepreneurship
• authentic connection and collaboration

Members will have the opportunity to share ideas, receive support, build friendships, and hold one another accountable as they grow.

Membership is $150 per month and includes:

• One monthly in-person Women Who Rise gathering at The Healing Hub
• Access to the monthly gathering via Zoom for those who cannot attend in person
• Weekly mastermind sessions focused on growth, accountability, and support
• A supportive community of women committed to personal and professional development
• 10% discount on Healing Hub events and experiences, including sound baths and other wellness offerings

As the community grows, so will the opportunities for connection, collaboration, and shared experiences.

• Once per month on the 4th Tuesday at 5:00 PM
• Location: The Healing Hub – Tucson

Each gathering is thoughtfully designed to inspire growth and connection:

• 10 minutes – Guided meditation

• 10 minutes – Group discussion (topic chosen by members)

• 10 minutes – Book of the Month discussion

• 10 minutes – Sound bath / mindfulness reset

• 20 minutes – Guest speaker or member spotlight

• 30 minutes – Open connection, networking, and conversation

3 Thursdays a month (first to third Thursday of the month ) at 1 PM

Meeting Structure (1.5 Hours Total)

Each gathering is thoughtfully designed to inspire growth and connection:

• 10 minutes – Guided meditation

• 10 minutes – Group discussion (topic chosen by members and hosts)

• 10 minutes – Book of the Month discussion

• 30 minutes – supporting each other and opening all channels of collaboration and connections to each other so each one can grow. We will be helping each other with projects or emotional and mental help.

• 10 minutes – Sound bath / mindfulness reset

These sessions create a space for members to share goals, discuss challenges, receive support, and stay accountable to their growth.

Women Who Rise also includes a giving-back component.

The community will support TRAK, a Tucson nonprofit that provides therapeutic programs involving animals for children and individuals facing emotional, developmental, and physical challenges.

Members will have opportunities to participate in awareness efforts, volunteer activities, and community initiatives that extend healing and empowerment beyond the group itself.

Women Who Rise is just beginning, and we are welcoming the first women who feel called to be part of this community.
