Women-to-Warrior Self-Defense class for girls aged 13 & up. This class covers a range of self-defense techniques, including identifying vital areas on an attacker, release drills & target training. Our experienced instructor will provide a safe and supportive environment for all participants to learn and practice these essential skills. By enrolling yourself, daughter, niece, or granddaughter in our class, you'll be giving them the tools they need to defend themselves from an attacker.
